๐ The Role
As a Sales & Partnerships Manager, you own the commercial partnership engine for Vida Plena and the group, generating revenue by building a strong and appealing brand image through partnerships, collaborations, events, and meaningful activations. You spot and unlock revenue opportunities across all venues, negotiate high-impact deals, and turn commercial ideas into well-executed campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
You bring a strong background in hospitality sales and a sharp sense of what makes a collaboration both culturally relevant and commercially successful. You move fast, build relationships naturally, and know how to structure win-win partnerships that drive measurable results.
You report to the Head of Marketing & Brand, working closely with the Marketing Project Manager, Operations leadership, and venue teams. You will also be involved in expansion projects, supporting commercial readiness for new openings and new markets.
๐ Your Key Responsibilities
Partnership strategy & pipeline
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of revenue partnerships, collaborations, and commercial opportunities
- Identify partners that elevate the brand and drive measurable revenue across venues
- Track partnership performance and continuously optimize approach, pricing, and formats
Revenue opportunities across venues
- Overlook how to spot revenue opportunities across all venues, from recurring programs to one-off moments
- Work with venue teams to identify underused capacity and new ways to monetize demand (private events, group bookings, brand takeovers, experiences)
- Create playbooks and partnerable offers that can be replicated across locations and seasons
Low-season planning & demand generation
- Prepare low season by building targeted partnership and activation plans that support consistent demand
- Co-develop seasonal revenue campaigns with the Marketing Project Manager, from concept to execution
- Coordinate with Operations and venue teams to ensure campaigns are deliverable, on time, and on brand
Deal negotiation & contracting
- Lead negotiations end-to-end, aligning commercial terms, brand alignment, and operational feasibility
- Structure deals, sponsorships, and barter agreements with clear value exchange and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate contract process, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and timely execution
Events, activations & collaboration execution
- Develop and lead meaningful activations that align with brand desirability and drive revenue
- Coordinate internal execution with Marketing and Operations teams
Expansion support
- Contribute to commercial readiness for new openings, including local partner mapping and launch collaborations
โจ What We Expect From You
- 3โ6+ years of experience in hospitality sales, partnerships, events, or commercial roles (premium hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, hotels, or agency)
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence structuring deals with clear commercial value
- Proven ability to build and manage a partnership pipeline, from prospecting to signed agreements
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations, turning ideas into executed campaigns
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to spot opportunities across multiple venues and revenue streams
- Relationship-driven, confident communicator, and able to represent the brand externally with ease
- Fast-paced operator who thrives in rapid environments and can manage multiple workstreams at once
- High attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and pride in execution quality
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Nice to have:
Existing network in Lisbon (brands, agencies, communities, corporate contacts)
Experience with sponsorships, event sales, private bookings, or strategic partnerships
Comfort with data, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Tools: CRM (HubSpot or similar), Notion, Google Suite, basic reporting dashboards
